Well made
Terribly boring story and dialogue, but excellent audio and voicing. Maybe you could get some hardcore writers to make this into something groundbreaking.

CU inspired toons can be successful!
Long sequences with little sound, akward character movements due to not wanting to draw more frames, rip-off of CU optimus prime drawing, and stale jokes. The cartoon is slow moving my man, and the constant flashbacks can be cool if done more properly.
But, the voice acting was pretty decent, and the writing wasn't bad. This was the first waterman that I actually found some chuckles in, but it was ruined by the drawn out silences between people speaking.
Get a better artist, get a better animator, and add some more sound.
I love Raffi
Not entirely original, but I love Raffi, so you win.
Very generic
The "big brother" over developed society approach has been done to death. If there is one thing I have learned from being drasticly over-exposed to artistic expression, is that dark and depressing themes of a declining society and its apparent morbid inevitablity, is an incredibly easy approach to do.
Despite this, I did find this to be sincere, and well done. I did enjoy it, and that gives an excuse to be cleche.
Meh
It was alright, nothing too special. The writing was pretty good, though unoriginal. But the visuals were incredibly unimaginative- the default poser graphics coupled with horrible photoshop effects really took away from the movie.
HOWEVER! I did laugh at points, and that is enough to be good.
As for my use of the default Poser models: I had Poser lying around. I had Flash lying around. That's really about as complicated as it gets. Poser models look like Poser models, there's not too much I can do about that (without spending an arm and a leg).
And I'm curious as to what photoshop effects you thought were "horrible". Do you mean the lens flares? Cause the sketch effect is pretty good, in my opinion...
Otherwise, I suppose that was a fair review. Peace.
It was pretty funny.
There were some good jokes, but this definetly wasn't worth the huge filesize. And it looks like most of it went towards the opening when speaking about the first part.
But about the accents, you can keep em... just try to sound out the words fully. I as an american had trouble making out some of the conversations. Even though I was successful, I don't think I should put fourth that much effort towards understanding a simple conversation about a cat.
But I can tell you put alot of work into this, and that alone is amazing. No one seems to wanna do that anymore, yet still have everyone love what they put out. After you get a few of these under your belt I hope to see great things. (I especially hope to see better attempts at compression.)
Good job there.
But if they are this short you better pump out a ton of them.
There'll probably be 8-10 episodes (the basic treatments are already written). Thanks much for the review!
If knowledge were power, I would rule over half of Europe by now... I guess.
